Specialized contractor for overhaul, revitalization, and maintenance of hydroelectric power
systems — operating through four branches covering the Republic of Serbia's key
hydropower facilities.
A joint-stock company committed to Serbian hydropower.
"Đerdap Usluge" A.D. Kladovo was established in 1996 following its separation from
"Elektroprivreda Srbije" as a specialized company focused on the overhaul, revitalization,
and maintenance of hydroelectric power systems.
We provide comprehensive maintenance and technical services for electric power and
hydro-mechanical equipment at the facilities of HPP Đerdap — including HPP Đerdap 1 in Kladovo,
HPP Đerdap 2 in Negotin, HPP Pirot, and the Vlasinske HPP system in Surdulica.
The Coastal Maintenance Sector operates as a fully private subdivision within the company.
Dismantling, inspection, and reassembly of Kaplan turbines; periodic major overhauls
of tubular, Francis, and Pelton turbine units; maintenance of auxiliary systems across
all hydropower facilities.
Rehabilitation of the navigation lock at HPP Đerdap 1, reinforcement of coastal fortifications,
construction of sewerage and water supply networks, pipeline rehabilitation, anti-erosion works,
and hydro-technical works at small hydropower plants.
Slope rehabilitation along the "Turkish Stream" gas pipeline, recovery of the Bor open-pit mine,
slope stabilization using geogrids and soil humus, afforestation, and restoration of natural
terrain profiles.
Participation in the revitalization of all six HPP Đerdap 1 units.
Dismantling, inspection, and reassembly of Kaplan turbine assemblies, including preparation
of draft tubes and rehabilitation of water passages — during the complete revitalization of
all six turbine-generator units at HPP Đerdap 1.
We also perform periodic major overhauls of the tubular turbines at HPP Đerdap 2,
the Francis and Pelton units at HPP Vrla 1–4, and the high-capacity centrifugal pumps at
PAP "Lisina."
We leave nature in a better state than we found it.
At Đerdap Usluge, we place a special emphasis on protecting the environment and reducing
the impact of our activities on the surroundings — driven by a duty to the local communities
where we operate.
Our reference environmental projects include slope rehabilitation along the
"Turkish Stream" gas pipeline — using geogrids, soil humus, and
afforestation — and reclamation of the Bor Mine excavation area,
through drainage works, tailings cover, subsoil stabilization, and long-term slope
consolidation.
Headquarters in Kladovo, on the banks of the Danube. Branches cover four key hydropower
zones across Serbia, while representative offices in Belgrade and Požarevac ensure
operational presence at the regional level.
